It’s Sunday night…y’all know what that means!

So, the first movie I will be recasting with members of the Glee gang, is the fantastic 2000 film ‘The Road to El Dorado’. This is a difficult one due to an obvious male partnership lead that would have to work well. There is also obviously the two antagonist characters to think about (Cortes and Tzekel-Kan) who, in their own ways, have to be obviously evil but incredibly mad, also. I have also made the decision to discount gender in the decisions I make. Most are the same, but I have taken personality and ability as more important than whether the actors themselves are male or female.

So my final decision on this one is:

Tulio - Darren Criss

Miguel - Chord Overstreet

 Chel - Naya Rivera

Tzekel-Kan - Lea Michele

Chief - Chris Colfer

Cortes - Mark Salling

Altivo (the horse) - Cory Monteith

Congratulations to Darren and Chord of course! The other two pairs that tempted me were Cory and Mark, or Naya and Heather, but Naya was the only real choice for Chel (she would just be incredible) and Cory needed to be the horse (he’s just big…).

So, I hope you agree with/find my choice interesting.
